How to return, exchange, or cancel an order—and warranty/repair details.

Returns, Cancellation & Exchange

Shimmers Diamond pledges to provide the best products and service for our clients. In case of defective or damaged item, or wrong item delivered, we allow you to return the items to us, provided you contact us within 2 days of receiving the order and provided that the return complies with our sale conditions below:

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. You must return the item in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging together with tag and receipt within 48 hours.
  2. We will assess and verify that the returned product meets the condition of the product of our Returns and Exchange Policy and, if so, we will then proceed with the exchange.
  3. You can exchange the item if it is the same product design or if it has the same price value. You should pay the price difference if you request to exchange the item with a higher value. You cannot exchange the item with a lower value (unless insisted, note that balance cost is not refundable) as we do not provide a merchant voucher or credit.
  4. Change of mind for all our products, including made-to-order jewellery and customized jewellery, do not fall under our cancellation, return or exchange policy due to the nature of the product. Cancellation is not applicable once order has been placed.

Condition of the product in our Returns & Exchange Policy refers to the product being free from any signs of wear and tear and modification made by any party other than Shimmers Diamond.

Warranty & Repair

We guarantee that Shimmers Diamond provides only quality jewellery and that each product strictly complies with our quality control and criteria; thus we have a one-year warranty on all of our products.

If the item you purchased needs repairing, you are entitled to a free repair service during the warranty period by showing the proof of purchase. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the client.

The client should arrange the return of the item to us and should track it until we confirm receipt. We will not be held responsible if the item is lost in transit.

Free shipping will only apply if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt as stated in our Returns, Cancellation and Exchange Policy. For any repairing concern, please contact us at shimmersdiamond@gmail.com. Our team will provide detailed steps on how to send your item for repair.
